My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, cute, and had good amenities like Wi-Fi, a nice bathroom, and air conditioning. However, the limited space could feel a bit claustrophobic when busy, and being next to the breakfast room made it noisy at times. The fantastic terrace with views of the Duomo was a highlight despite feeling a bit cold during my visit.

Service

The service had its ups and downs. While they tried to compensate for drawbacks by offering help with luggage and providing refreshments, the initial suspicion and lack of friendliness were off-putting. However, they later became exceptionally friendly, polite, professional, and helpful.

The hotel is located perfectly, just far enough to catch a glimpse of the Duomo while being cozy and clean. The room was comfortable and equipped with nice amenities, though the view from one of the windows was limited. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff making the stay a delight. The dining experience, while good, had a less attractive atmosphere in the terrace area. Overall, a pleasant stay with great value for money.

The rooms, though simple, were clean, cool, and had everything needed for a one-night stay. The service from the staff, particularly Arturo and Rodolfo, was stellar, going above and beyond to assist with anything from housekeeping to tour recommendations. Dining options were good, providing ample fuel for the day, and the location was superb for exploring the city's attractions.
